Who we are
Enquiry Pages is run by Dan Courtis. Contact us at hello@enquirypages.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us through our forms or by email:
- Contact form: your name, email address, what you're looking for, your message and the page you sent it from.
- Free mock-up form: your business name, website (if you give it), a service you advertise, your email address, and any campaign reference in the link you used.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare and send your mock-up, and talk about working together if you want to. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Services we use
These providers handle your details on our behalf. Some of them store information outside New Zealand, with safeguards comparable to New Zealand law:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile, a bot check on our forms. Turnstile looks at technical details such as your browser and IP address to tell people from bots.
- Resend sends the emails our forms create (EU region).
- Google Workspace holds the emails you send us.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure visits and advertising, only with your consent (see below).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails while we're talking with you and for a reasonable time afterwards, then delete them. Mock-ups are on a private link that's removed after 30 days. Ask us at any time to delete your details.
Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. Websites use them to remember preferences, measure visits and support advertising.
- Essential: remembering your cookie choices and keeping the site and its forms secure. Always on.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, helps us understand visits and page use. It may set cookies such as
_gaand_ga_*. - Advertising (optional): measuring advertising results and personalising ads, when those tools are switched on.
When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject optional or Manage preferences. Until you choose, optional cookies stay off. Google may still receive limited cookieless measurements without identifying you, which is how Google's consent mode works.
Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days in a first-party cookie called ep-cookie-preferences-v1. It records your choices and when you made them, not who you are. To change your mind, use Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent switches the optional tools off and removes the measurement cookies this site can reach. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
Landing pages we build for clients
When we build a landing page for a business, that business collects the enquiries from its page and is responsible for them under its own privacy notice. We provide the service behind the page.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@enquirypages.com and we'll respond within 20 working days.
Most of our clients are in New Zealand, and we follow New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. If you're in New Zealand and not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
